Autism-Friendly Businesses
A custom apparel and promotional products business where more than half of the roughly 75-person staff are on the autism spectrum. It's run by the nonprofit Spectrum Designs Foundation, built specifically around creating real, sustainable jobs for autistic adults rather than as a side initiative of a larger company.
