More than half of this sock company's staff have a disability, including employees who are autistic and employees with Down syndrome. It was founded by Mark Cronin and his son John, who has Down syndrome, around the idea of showing what people with differing abilities can do rather than what they can't. The company also donates 5% of earnings to groups including the Autism Society of America.
