Autism-Friendly Businesses
Partners with the nonprofit Winters Center for Autism, which trains adults with autism for clerical and housekeeping roles and places them directly into jobs at the hotel. It's a direct response to the extremely high unemployment rate among autistic adults, and the partnership has grown as the hotel has expanded.
